This mobile application is a viewing portal designed for clients of Autotracker. It allows users to view telemetry and location data generated by dedicated, user-installed telematic hardware. This app does not support account registration; access is limited to pre-existing authorized users.

2. Data Collection & Source

• External Hardware Data: All vehicle location, speed, and status data are collected via external GPS hardware. This data is transmitted directly to our servers via cellular networks.
• App Usage: We do not collect GPS data from your mobile device. We only process your login credentials (provided by your administrator) to authenticate your session.

3. Location Data Usage

Precise location data from the hardware is used solely to provide real-time tracking, historical route playback, and geofencing alerts within this portal.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Data is retained as long as your service agreement is active. While this app does not have account management features, users have the right to request the deletion of their data and account at any time.

5. Security
